Sky Fibre unlimited(not Pro) upload speed??

Could any one confirm exactly what the Sky Fibre Unlimited (20 UKP/month excluding Line-rental but no throttling) max. D/L & U/L speeds are, with LINKS to the Sky Broadband wed site?? I am a bit confused in particular its U/L speed, because I have seen people talking about 2Mbps but also mentioned in some where that it has been recently uprated to 10Mbps!

P.S: I have been thinking that Sky's non-pro fibre unlimited U/L of merely 2Mbps is too slow for me, that is why I am still hesitating to choose Sky. But the BT Infinity unlimited (non-business) Op 2 has P2P throttling during Peak-Hours which I am also very concerned about!

I was under the impression that upload speeds were 10Mbps on that Sky package.
Wouldn't touch BT with a barge pole after a nightmare experience with them years ago. Had to write a letter to the top man to get out of that contract. Recently I phoned BT to ask about their fibre package and the Indian call centre is a shambles. They refused to answer my questions on throttling and Spotify and also their online chat operator hung up when I challenged them on their throttling policies. Steer well clear!

It was originally 40/2 (which I started on back in April) but they're rolling out a change to 40/10 (which I have been on for a couple of weeks or so now).

Thanks, it is more likely as a welcome news for me! Have you got a "Link" in the Sky Site which has confirmed this?? I just wanted to keep my mind in peace before seriously considering moving to Sky. According to BT Infinity speed-check, my line is capable of supporting around 6 to 7 Mbps U/L which is still well above 2Mbps that Sky unlimited fibre initially could offer to their customers.

Sky's website is kept non technical so they don't have speeds. I believe if you enter your phone number for a personalised estimate you'll get told the estimated speeds for standard, and you'll have to phone up for Pro.

Hi, I have just chatted to the Sky's Rep on line 20sec ago, and this Sky Rep still confirmed that 2Mbps is the max upload speed being supported for this Sky unlimited fibre (non-Pro) package, not 10Mbps as you said it was. Is this Sky Rep still mis-informed or else, such as more than ONE packages even for non-pro??
