Basingstoke - pinnacle Cab88 fttc???

Just wondered if it's rather wishfull thinking that this broadband cab88 will ever receive the fttc upgrade. The rest of Basingstoke seems to be getting its upgrade. Homes less than a quarter of a mile away are already upgraded and live!!
