Where will open reach engineer install fibre modem

At the moment I am on sky broadband adsl. I am about to move over to sky fibre on friday 19th

I currently have the adsl wifi router located on a phone point in my study on the first floor. This is then extended via cat 5 out of the house and back into the living room on ground floor to distribute things under the tv (laptop and xbox 360 etc) by another WiFi router.

When the open reach engineer comes to install the fibre modem, where will he put it ? does it have to go on the first main telephone point? thanks in advance.
