The rwin etc are more in line with what I would expect now, so looks like probably not that that is the problem.

have you tried turning off all the AV/Firewall software running on the PC for a short time, as behind a NAT router this is relativey safe thing to do for a short time, just don't use your email to avoid risk of opening double attachments etc with all the AV turned off.

Hi

Well that did the trick, I turned off the firewall and anti virus and everything else! It is now running at 38Mbps.

What's weird is the other PC has exactly the same security package...
