Is the cabinet FTTC?

My exchange is SDMDHRS and earlier in the year OR spent a couple of months around my cabinet which it P6. The exchange is scheduled for the end of the year - has already slipped 3 months.

Is there a way of finding out is this cabinet P6 will be enabled.
