Would you take a overnight installation time?

Would you take eg. a 2am install if it meant not waiting several weeks?

I would.

I am worried now with my activation date of 6 dec will I get an installation this side of christmas.

I suggest you look into this in more detail. Though I expect there is some exhorbitant charge frown

yes I would assume there would be conditions, and I know this also is never going to happen, was just a question out of curioisity.

BT will do normal telephony installations overnight when it fits in with the customers business operations. However, you are probably in a minority of residential customers who would accept or request it ... maybe extending hours to say 06:00 to 22:00 would be reasonable, provided the customer paid a small premium for a 06:00 - 08:00 or 19:00 - 22:00 appointment which would cover the technicians overtime.
