So OR engineer has been round, modem has three solid lights and no fibre as the job hasn't been closed so plusNet cannot activate it. Arghhhhhhhhh!!!

With any luck it gets activated later today.

At least your appointment was kept. smile You can always call Plusnet and ask them to see if they can push OR to close the job.

Were on Cab 13.
I can see we are fed from a different Telegraph pole to everyone else on the street....
Post code checker show only me and next door neighbour don't have Fibre available the rest of the street does.
Now I need to see If I can move my line.

Are the others on a different cab? If not, it could be a database error.

All the other houses on our street have lines into the back of the houses from Cab 20 and ours comes in from the front fed from Cab 13. I am hoping Openreach will conact me and I can see if I can get my line moved. I have filed in a contact form online so just waiting to hear from them.
