SE11 4AL - which cabinet?

Connected to Vauxhall exchange - how can I find my cabinet? The exchange has FTTC 'in some areas' - how can I find out when my cabinet will be FTTC enabled? BT keep lying saying it will be end of the quarter but each quarter change it to the next quarter - very frustrating !!

BOXST - fascinated to know how you got that info from that site!

Just enter your postcode, results depend entirely on what data BT have put into it. It's only supposed to give information for cabinets that have been delayed, it won't tell you if your cabinet isn't scheduled. And if everything is ok it won't tell you anything about your cabinet.

So not very informative in most cases.

If your cabinet has delays then it'll show it and if you click on your cabinet up comes the reason for the delay.

As RONSKI says if the world is a happy place (or your area doesn't have fibre at all) it doesn't show anything ...

Thanks all for your help. Have now mailed the residents association to see if we can put pressure on the council to resolve this. We are in a conservation area (not sure why!) but I thought the law had recently changed so that councils could no longer refuse permission?

Puzzled! I put in SE114AL and see no cabinets or useful info?

Click the gold push pin that appears in the middle of the map and all will be revealed, as if by magic!

The push pin is supposed to show the location of the cabinet, but with a local postcode I tried it was a few hundred meters out of place.

The changes to planning regulations is still very much in the planning phase and not expected until Summer 2013
