Cabinet Information

Pretty fed up of running on 2.4mbps in 2013, on the close outskirts of a town.

BT Infinity is hitting the town between Dec-Mar, however when I did some checks, it appears that my cabinet is not being upgraded.

Can anyone give me some information relating to:

Exchange RYDE is served by Cabinet 40

Can anyone tell me why it hasn't been upgraded and when it is likley to?

Include your address/phone number and cabinet, Openreach should respond between 7-10 working days though this can be longer due to the volume of emails they are getting from people.

As for your exchange/cabinet as the exchange has not yet gone live, it will go live with the first few cabinets and then more will follow in the coming weeks/months if it is planned, Openreach will say if it is or not.

Pcp 40 is not in the current deployment plans

Can I use that email address to check why a particular estimated speed is way less than what it should be based on distance from the cabinet?

Or is there another email for that ?
