I gather you mean combining a PCP and DSLAM installation in one cabinet. That is what I took the poster to mean, but was querying whether or not he had really thought it through, having the D-side and E-side copper for both FTTC cabinets, and appropriate links.
It would possibly also mean engineers having access to the DSLAM equipment, which appears not to be desired by Openreach.
I think this idea is highly unlikely.
