Trying To Figure Out Expected Speed

I have been told my uplift will be 3.3 and my current speed is 7.5mb

It's via BTs FTTC

Does anyone know by the uplift what my speed would be after it is finished?

That would suggest a figure of 3.3 * 7.5 so 24.75 Mbps for the downstream. Which suggests you may be close to one kilometre from the cabinet.

Of course all these figures are estimates and until the service is running you have no firm idea.

If you mean BT Retail, (Infinity), that is expensive for BT Openreach FTTC.
