Router for FTTP or anything else :)

[link to this post]
Hey Guys,

Currently on my FTTC connection I use the Cisco ASA5505 as my router. It works just fine and does everything I need it to do.

Now I am thinking the max speed on all the interfaces on ASA5505 is 100Mb (100MegaBit), so for my FTTC which is about 70Mb its fine. However I am thinking once I can get FTTP I will have the option to hit 330Mb, and so this firewall won't be of any use.

So I wanted to know what device people recommend. One of the KEY criteria for me is to be able to have a VPN setup, (client based), and ideally if I had the same device at another location, site to site VPN, both running at the same time.

I know its early days and I am sure only very few people have FTTP, but other than getting the ASA5510 which has 2 * Gigabit ports, I wanted to see what else is out there smile
