Latest Bt PCP deployment schedule

A while back, I came across a link on this site to a file listing postcodes and when Bt though they would be deploying FTTC....

Does anyone know if a newer version of this document has come out?

I'm looking for country wide broadband data at the postcode level.

There is newer data, but not in the public domain or even my domain

I might be completely wrong on this, but if you want this data, BT charge £350 for a CSV file giving this information and its broken up into various files for different postcode areas, plus the data is always changing.
