I'm connected to the Acton exchange which is FTTC enabled. My cabinet is enabled (I think?), giving the below results:
Cabinet Probability Uplift Phase Status Type
P40 100% 2.78 5b Part of deployment FTTC (Fiber to the Cabinet)
My postcode is: W3 8NY.
Yet I'm not able to place an order for a fibre based broadband. I'm currently with Sky so don't have a telephone number to use to check. Am I reading that wrong, or could it be that there is no capacity? Might there be another reason why I cannot get FTTC?
