Hello,
I'm due to have infinity installed tomorrow between 8am -1pm. I've received various reminders that its ok, but when i track the order online, today it is displaying the following message under the activation date section. I've phoned BT and spoken to a woman in India and she said its all ok but i'm still nervous:
Your Broadband order is in hand with a member of our team, if there are any issues we will contact you. Please continue to check online for further updates
I have to take the day off tomorrow to be in for the install so want to make sure its going to go ahead and not waste a day at home for no one to turn up.
Can anyone offer any reassurance?
