Yea saw that its not just my data looks like bt is no longer providing that data

Based on that speed, you must be pretty close to the cabinet. Most likely you'll get that figure, but like all things in life, don't pin your hopes on it. Take 10% off it, and make that your expectation, so when its higher you'll be even happier

U will get full 78/18 anyway out of BT IP Profile rate but oh dear me, March 2014. A long way off.
