Its cab has been sitting there with no power since 2013 there must be a reason

Lack of a suitable or economic power supply is a frequent cause of delays. If the power company is asking BT for too much money to provide a supply that could well be the cause.

Guys

Date now moved to March 2017, its a joke.

reply from Council say its showing with Openreach as a High Cost site, thats why its not progressing.

I have set up a facebook page to try and get people talking about it, please share with everyone so that we might be able to apply pressure.

I took a drive up there the other day and was surprised to see the cabinet still wasn't install.

Stuck in a contract with ee but upgraded to fibre package
Thank god ADSL was a joke!

My main cab has been upgraded to a newer one!
Main Cab

The 3 year old fibre cab Installed across the road still not connected?
Fiber Cab
I am Wright Next to the cab so Speeds should be Bang On..

I dont think the smaller fiber cab has been Conected
No sound comming from it
Could the new main cab be the fiber cab also?

No. Chances are that if that PCP has only just been replaced / reshelled then the copper ties have yet to be done. New tarmac suggests additional duct has been provided for the tie cables,
