You need to fill in the form to get a response from the, they cannot disclose your personal Information in public. They should reply within 3 working days... you could try BT India and ask to speak to a super visor then explain your situation.

missed that, so have filled it in now. just the waiting game now, plus my daily speedtest on bt wholesale lol
