A bit of fibre between the two will carry the comms data to allow the vectoring maths to happen

I've just updated my flickr album with some photos of one of the new cabinets part way through installation.

I was also wondering about the vectoring, but from the looks of it BT will have to come back and install the fibre-tie as it doesn't look like its been installed currently.

make sure this house won't be sued you for privacy against their property and car's privacy. If it was your house, fair enough.

The house is already on street view but you make a good point about the car, so I've covered the reg plate up smile

Wouldn't want the car feeling like its privacy has been violated.

Nothing the owner can do about the image if it was taken from a public place. Anyway - nice to see someone else taking pictures of cabs :0

Current on Zen, getting around 5mb.
Exchange is Fibre enabled, street cab not economically viable to upgrade.
Could get V*rgin, but I'd rather not.

Even if the house wasn't on streetview, they can't sue, unless they issue a takedown notice and you refuse to take it down, even then they may have trouble actually winning the lawsuit, as the picture was taken from the public highway.

Oh dear, I'd better delete all my holiday photos, who knows who or what was in the background, I certainly didn't get their permission. Opp's, better delete all the pictures of my kids in their school plays whilst I'm at it as well.

I'll swear this country is going mad! Altough I do agree it would be common courtesy to blank out the number plate, but not a major problem not to.

Speaking of Vectoring, has there been any news/results of the public trial BT were running? It's one technology I'm eager to see implemented.
