I placed an order for BT infinity and waited 2 weeks for my appointment only for the engineer not to attend. I got absolutely no response from BT customer services and cancelled the order after 4 weeks of chasing.
I then ordered fibre broadband with EE again waited the 2 weeks for my engineer date again Openreach failed to attend.
Currently have no broadband and no explanation.
