Try four years of delays, at least a dozen booked roadworks and a grand sum of zero done with them all. Not that it would matter if they had actually got the cabinet installed - the others around here have been installed but unconnected for 18 months ............

Can you put this into some context? Are there particular cabinets that are delayed?The vast majority of CMSTE cabinets that are planned seem to have been completed, with just a few still to be completed. I have not looked at at CMSHEL much but at least a few of those have been completed, maybe many more

Can find a FTTC result down near Hobs Meadow and near Warwick Road too, but most good speeds are Virgin Media based.
