fibre upgrade

With fibre upgrade on Bredon exchange in 2014.
What will determine obtainable speed?
Distance from exchange ( 3 Km ) or distance from cabinet ( 30M ) ?

Distance to original cabinet plus distance from there to new VDSL (fibre) cabinet.

May not appear yet, but it will be within 100m and often immediately adjacent.

Presuming they upgrade your cabinet you will get maximum speeds being only 30 meters from it, as long as your line is a similar length.
