No FTTC - exchange only?

I live right beside the NIEAS exchange, which although FTTC is enabled, it seems either my cab is not upgraded or I am wired direct to the exchange.

Is there a way to check if one is exchange only?

His sig says Sky broadband, and his exchange has Sky LLU. It is probable, I admit not certain, that he is on an LLU phone line.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 59.4/14.4Mbps @ 600m. - BQM
