It's appear that he doesn't understand the BTW speedtest layout. How can I explain to him?

Probably better to leave the guy alone, Openreach are an arms-length division of BT that are not permitted to liaise with BT Wholesale in this manner and their CEO isn't a messenger boy.

You, personally, are not a customer of Openreach, and neither are you a customer of BT Wholesale.

This request should go to your ISP who will, in turn, raise it with BT Wholesale who will, in turn, ask Openreach for the ability to access the relevant information if they think it would be of value to them.

Appreciate you're trying to help people out but this isn't going to get it done. Worst case the new CEO of Openreach will start filtering everything rather than responding directly, which will harm people in genuine need of his team's help.

Ok,

Let's see how many ISP's agree with this idea and they will forward this to BT Wholesale. Please put your ISP name below and say they will forward this to BTW. Thanks.

Yeah I've had correspondence with Liv Garfield directly on a couple of occasions, though these related to issues concerning hundreds of premises rather than a wish-list of features for something that was outside of her control.

Single user issues will go to the 'gatekeeper' team, as I believe the OP's ongoing discussions on his cabinet did.

Yep.

It's nothing to do with Openreach until BT Wholesale ask for some of the info from them. As you were told. It's a BT Wholesale test, not an Openreach one.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 59.4/14.4Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Indeed. Arm's length business units of FTSE 100 companies rarely make extensive changes to their systems at the request of a single customer of an arm's length subsidiary.

What you asked for requires software on the DSLAMs that isn't there at the moment alongside software at BTWholesale that isn't there at the moment and software to make them all work.

No ISP is going to ask for that information to be passed to the public checker; it'll cause them a ton of grief in support calls from people expecting their service to be crosstalk and congestion free 24x7x365. I think you know the kind of person I'm thinking of.
