Exchange Only Cabinet

Hi.

A couple of weeks ago a new chamber, telephone cabinet and fibre cabinet were installed just outside our exchange - see here -

Just wondering if this is for exchange only lines? It would seem there is no cabinet for a lot of properties in the centre of town, so does that make sense?

Those of us connected to a cabinet got Fibre broadband at the beginning of October, so it is good to see they haven't just forgotten the centre of town who are on EO lines. That covers quite a few properties.
