Recent TechUK Meeting

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had been at the TechUK conference (27 Feb) regarding BDUK and achieving full rural coverage?
Had a read at the meeting notes:

But can't say it fills me full of confidence, unless i'm missing something.
On the other hand, at least it's being discussed.
