No, to make vdsl2 connections available the plan is to install a cabinet outside the exchange.

Is that FTTC cabinet in use, or is it yet to be commissioned?

Having a cabinet installed outside of the exchange instead of putting the VDSL2 HW inside the exchange seems like a huge waste of money .... as BT could put that HW inside quite easy.

Yep its 100% a fibre cabinet and i'm presuming its not on line yet as even the house next to the exchange can get fibre :/

Can't be done as the regulations don't allow it.

As you can see, if that's the fibre cabinet, it has an associated cab - cab 14.

The cabinet is at

Lat : 52.647562
Lon : 1.7256568

It does not look to be that postcode (as that's on a small sub road)
