Openreach contact details for FTTC Info?

Hi all

I tried to email Openreach on their nga.enquiries email last night but postmaster said couldn't deliver email......

Anyone else had this issue or got alternative contact details for them, I'm trying to get info on whether my exchange will be activated or not?

Your best bet is to contact Mr Saffron who has already responded.

Have you tried looking at the Openreach Site.

You could also try your local BDUK site which may have details.

just email the CEO.

there is a openreach support team as well which is who will likely answer your query.

That's the way to get that avenue closed for serious complaints about the lower levels failing badly.

Andrew, very kind of you to offer to assist but are you offering something that you cannot complete? I have had no response from you after you offered to check for details about the FTTP deployment in Whitchurch, Hampshire despite a number of e-mails to you. I understand that you are busy but there is no point in offering to help if you cannot deliver.
