Should Openreach NOT publish an estimated service date for a cabinet, until it is 100% certain the cabinet will go live by the set date?
I agree with RONSKI - people are asuming here that Openreach is only allowed to give a date and nothing else. This annoys both sets of people - those who don't know whether their cabinet is on the plans and those that do know but the date changes. You're asking people to choose between the circumstances that they would prefer to be annoyed by and is simply liekly to end up as a poll that counts who doesn't yet know what's happening and those that do know but their date has changed.
The best option is a progress status with an optional date, which is kept up to date and informative.
If you stick with this poll, can you improve the wording as it requires a little bit of thought to decide what option to choose and it's likely to lead to errors. It's like "If you don't wish to cancel this process, press OK".
Perhaps better wording would be:
"Should Openreach only publish an estimated service date for a cabinet when it is 100% certain that the cabinet will go live by the set date?"
