FTTC in Darlington

Is there an easy way of checking the cabinet enabling programme for Darlington? I am looking to get Infinity, but am on the outer edge at Cabinet 96 (Tees Grange Avenue). Pings on ADSL2+ are very poor this far out from the exchange!
