Prescot exchange was enabled for Fibre in about Sept 2012 and the fibre cabinet that serves my property (P39) was put in about the same time. Since then I have been checking regularly - each time it comes to the deadline it gets put back again and again at he end of March it was put back to June to Dec 2014.
My property is at the opposite end of the area to the exchange but when I check other postcodes in Prescot I find that those enabled so far are to the south and west of the area and none to the east.
Does anyone know what causing the delay? and will their new estimates be just as inaccurate?
