FTTC schedule information

I live in Lewes, a smallish town of some 7,000 households. The town's exchange is FTTC enabled, and there are some new ADSLAM cabinets around the town, including near my house.

Some parts of the town have BT Infinity or the equivalent service, with speeds over 20mbps. The BT Openreach site says our exchange is accepting orders, yet no one seems able to tell me when my cabinet will be enabled and if I'll be able to get Infinity thereafter.

How can I find out what the schedule is, and what channels/organisations are available to me to influence the schedule?

suggest you check with East Sussex county council to see if you are covered under East sussex BDUK intervention area / deployment
