NETGEAR R7000 disconnects normal?

[link to this post]
When I'm using the NETGEAR R7000 it's fine I get no disconnects or anything but then when I don't seem to be using it the router lots show lots of (Internet disconnects) (Internet idle time outs) and (time synchronised with NTP server) is this normal when know one is using it? Should I change the connection mode from idle to ALWAYS ON?
