Cabinet location & status?

Hi everyone I know you folks probably get this a lot but I was wondering if you could help me identify the cabinet I'm connected to.

I don't live on what you would call a "traditional" street, I live off the beaten track in a farmhouse surrounded by farmers fields. My exchange (Scarisbrick) was originally due to be upgraded back in December but has been pushed back several times and is now set to June. According to BT I'm connected to 'Cabinet 3' but I have no idea where this is located, all I can gather is that the copper lines travel on poles from my house over several of the fields and end up somewhere that I haven't seen, or at least haven't noticed before.

Could anyone help me shed some light on this? and whether the cabinet itself is due to be upgraded? Thanks in advance

Cabinet 3

The exchange may have had a date, but no evidence that cabinet is in the roll-out, commercial or Lancashire.

Cabinet 1 has a date of 21/05/2014
Cabinet 2 planned but no date
Cabinet 3 nothing yet
There might be some FTTP for some EO lines e.g. L40 9QF

I suspect I due to begin in the next few weeks

Sorry, but cab 3 is NOT currently on the plans. Not sure how that happened

Sorry to bump the thread chaps but I meant to ask, does a lack of date for a cabinet necessarily mean that it's going to be ignored for good? Just find it odd that my cabinet isn't being considered when, by all accounts, it serves roughly as many properties as the other two from what I can make out..

It is possible it was looked at and rejected, but no evidence to confirm that.

More likely just missed out in favour of another cab somewhere else. As projects add more coverage then obviously other cabinets will get done.

Sorry to drag up an old post (again) just regarding the Scarisbrick exchange upgrade iv'e been having a browse for a while about Cabinet data, checked on http://fttc-check.alc.im/ an it's got my postcode ( L40 9QB) listed as an EO Line but the place on the map it's got me listed at isn't correct =/ Iv'e had a look on the BT Wholesale site and it's got me down as being served by Cabinet 5, can't find the PCP data anywhere just wondered if anybody knew what the roll out plans were for this cabinet? street name is Hall Road.

The http://fttc-check.alc.im/ site doesn't show your location on that map, it shows the exchange location. Since it doesn't get these quite right most of the time (probably estimating from a postcode) and you're apparently near the exchange anyway I can see why you thought it was trying to show your location, but it wasn't.
