For those in London

I was near Kings X recently, and noticed on Judd Street there was an openreach building so decided to pop in and ask about my parents cabinet for when I'm back at Christmas etc.

Managed to speak to a project manager who gave a really good description of the problem and a realistic estimate (which is far far off what nga.enquires or Andrew on these forums gave when he took my email and went back to openreach).

It's worth a shout. 123 Judd Street and there's a decent boozer over the road.
