Adverising accuracy

[link to this post]

For the first time today I noticed that BT Infinity is now being advertised on TV as 'copper and fibre broadband'. ( It's in the small print under the main slogan.) BT won't have brought in this bit of honesty willingly. I missed the ruling on this. When were they told to behave?

BT only started using "Fibre" because it was the same as Virgin Media who use copper from the cabinet. Interesting to see if VM have changed too.
