Cabinet built but nothing on the wholesale checker

Hello!

So my cabinet has recently (two months ago now) had its fibre companion installed. However there is nothing showing on the BT wholesale checker, not even an anticipated date.

Is this perhaps a mistake or omission? Or just business as usual?

If anyone has the ability to take a look, would they be willing to look at MRARD PCP 40?

Was it done via BDUK funding????, they don't appear until they are live and accepting orders, not even a date.

easiest way is to prob go to

http://fttc-check.alc.im/

put in your postcode and look at cab 40's results, should say something like "Not being deployed as part of the 66% Commercial Plan"

so that would indicate BDUK funding, (or go to your local counties BDUK site and they may have info on there).

The cabinet is a part of the 66% commercial plan, so it would seem it is not BDUK.

The cabinet that I'm in had the FTTC one standing there for a while and that said not being deployed as part off the 66% commercial plan. But today it showed on the checker and has an available date as of the 30th June 2014 so I should be able to order soon. Just keep trying the checker, I know our cabinet only got switched on last week after being there for a while so maybe yours hasn't been turned on as yet but it maybe soon, just keep checking x

I'd suggest the OP give the checker a rest for few weeks then start looking again later next month for any update

Heh, it was one of my home tabs until I saw that (since I saw the cab I was quite eager for updates!)

Have you checked BT's www.superfast-openreach.co.uk/where-and-when website?

It will give you a status for your postcode:
