Fibre uograde

My local exchange NDALD is due for upgrade in June 2014. What sort of activity should I see in my local area. I have seen a new cabinet installed next to an existing one and assume this to be a fibre enabled cabinet. I am served from cabinet 1. How do I locate this? Will I expect to see contractors digging?. Thanks in advance.

Registered just to post some info for you.

Cabinet 1 works have been completed for a while, it is located on the corner of New Road Hill/Forge Hill and Mill Lane.

Work for cabinet 2 is still ongoing along Frith Road opposite the Good Intent so I don't expect anything to go live until these works have been completed.
