SFWY say yes, BT says no

Can anyone help - the SuperFastWestYorkshire website says our area can now access superfast broadband thanks to their upgrades, however the BT availability checker still has no fibre option (checked using phone number). We're on Cabinet 29 on Hemsworth exchange (fibre cab has been in a few months and power went in last month).
Any idea who is right / wrong?

When my local cabinet got updated with Fibre, it took almost 2 month since power went on. So I'd say give it time for BT to finish the paperwork, checklists, etc. smile
