Dickleburgh Cabinet 1 Is in Burston opposite the crown pub. Has an old one and a Shiney new Green Fibre one

Lots of pavement markings have appeared in Church Street suggesting two new cabinet pairs - PCP18 & PCP19. I wonder who they'll serve? There are lots of exchange-only lines in that area - could they be chopped into where they pass under PCP18/19 and made into FTTC?

Most likely EO, a pretty large amount of this work is going on in various parts of the UK, new extra phone cabinets and then a fibre twin is how it is done.
