What stage in the process are these roadworks?

Hi, they attempted these same roadworks last month but didn't get permission for the traffic lights. Not sure if the same will happen again but, just wondering what stage in the overall picture these type of works are

It's difficult to say as there's no mention of what the ducting is for. Often it will state for power etc...
You could always go and ask them when they're doing the work...

Cant say. nothing there to say what it the duct is for, might not even be for NGA

I will definitely have a nosy on the day don't worry about that

(assuming they are granted the permit for the traffic lights...so sad this might be causing the constant delays)
