Fibre box installed, how long until live? (approx)

The fibre box for my green cab has been installed a couple of weeks ago, BT have been working in the new fibre box since and i've had a card through the post indicating fibre will be coming soon....approx how long does it usually take before they are accepting orders usually?

No nothing listed regarding fibre/FTTC etc.

It is the Hoghton exchange and cabinet 2.

Samknows states activated by 31st Dec but expecting it well before then now...

How long is a piece of string? It could be a few weeks, months or a year or more.

The cab I'm connected to took about 3 months but another near me was stood for nearly 18 months before it went live due to various problems.
