Cab Foundation created, how complete is it?

As per the subject line, how complete is this:

I presume the blue rope is in the ducts to pull through the cabling from the PCP, and maybe the fibre? Also there's earth wiring, but not sure if the live wiring is in place?

The cabinet will be stood on a day or 2, after that....... Anyone's guess

Fibre is blown not pulled. The rope is used to pull the black fibre tubing that contains 8 or so mini tubes which the fibre can subsequently be blown through with a compressor.

Sorry, was referring to the black tube with white stripes. I knew that the fibre is blown later (so it doesn't get broken!)
