Haywards Heath Cabinet P19

Evening Guys/Girls,

We are struggling to get a straight answer from BT, but does anyone have the postcode for Cabinet 19 for the Haywards Heath exchange or have local knowledge of its placement. Spreadsheet data seems wrong.

We have a number of customers who appear to have greatly impacted lines (nearly 60% down on sync), so we are trying to establish if this is location of cabinet or quality of cabling in the ground.

That's worrying further than we was expecting. That explains why we are seeing sync down as low at 12Mbps on several lines

It appears those living in Acre Close, Pinewood Way and Kilnbarn Way are routed to P19...running well over 1200 metres from the Cabinet.

Acre Close is 19, the others are 36.

Interesting....we have 5 customers spread over the other streets, reportedly routing to 19 (confirmed via an SFI engineer today). This is getting more bizarre, hence why the thread here tonight.

That's BT really pathetic over 1200 metres away from the cabinet isn't superfast broadband!

slightly confused on this as this cab has been live since May 2012 - covered under commercial programme
