New House Build - Cabinet Install

All,

We're looking to move into a brand new house at the end of the year but I'm trying to find out when the cabinet will be put in by BT.....anybody know of anywhere I can find this out?

I've now attached the Exchange details, the new estate is Beeby Way, Broughton.

Is that CH4 0TP?

Yes I think so.

I think the exchange may be Kinnerton which is showing availability next year.

Could be FTTC or FTTP for September 2015.

you will need to check whether the estate is seived by an existing cab which might be covered under BDUK programme or is a completely new cab (not cobvered by Anything) just becasue the exchange is being done, do not make the assumption thaty yur cab is being done -- who is your developer and is there a new green box at entrance to development and how big is the development

Development is quite bit, we're the first 10 houses to be released....theres no green cab by the entrance, even the office where the staff are don't have any phone or internet connections yet.

We're going to see the staff tommorow anyway and it's on our list as something to ask.

The new estate I am on doesn't have fibre - despite it being large (1800 homes when complete) and the local exchange is fibred enabled already. There are plans now, but it took a lot of pressure and the involved the local MP.

So I suggest trying to get written confirmation of what the builders will be getting put in place.
