Fibre in Llanelli area

Hi, I'd love to know why everyone in my town can receive fibre broadband, whereas I cannot.

I live in the town centre 0.5 miles from the exchange

I am connected to cabinet 34.

Well, any help here? I keep meeting dead ends everytime I enquire about this.

No advance on the under review from me either.

My guess would be as a larger exchange in Wales the complaints from those in more rural areas means they are getting a good chunk of their cabinets done first.

Limited resources means you can only do so much at once, and similar for speed in replying to posts too.

I know for a fact that there are other areas in the town center that can receive the service including the street directly behind me

No cabinet 1. It just makes no sense to me how we've had the service here for about 2 years and it seems I am the only area that cannot get it

That's because your cabinet needs to be enabled for you to get it.
