If you need a non-flash/java speedtest because you are using a tablet or similar then there are some decent Ookla based free apps available.
A non-Flash way of seeing your official IP Profile would be useful though!

Something seriously wrong with it. TBB tests and speedtest.net show me at about 70Mbps, this speedof test gives 3,7Mbps (twice).
