Coming soon moved to under review - grindleford

Hello!
I live in a rural ish village. We have been on "coming soon" for a few months as they enable the grindleford exchange. It's now enabled and some areas are now able to order. Anyway we have reverted to "under review". I am struggling to find out why this is the case and if in fact I am now unlikely to get it. Is there a way of finding out what is causing the issues with the roll out and if I should give up. Running a couple of businesses and having gcse age kids I would love to get it sorted. Frustratingly the best I can get is empathy from btcare.

No guarantee thst all cabinets get enabled on an exchange. Plenty of gaps in urban areas

Needs a cabinet number at least for anyone to say much more
