Fttc in my village

I was wondering if I could get FTTC broadband, the superfast when and where tells me that my exchange is accepting orders if I check with my post code but if I check with my telephone number it tells me "Superfast Fibre is in your area but we can't tell by your postcode/number if you can get it right now. Please contact your communications provider, who can check using your phone number"

Adsl checkers dont mention FTTC just ADSL.

Postcode LE8 0RD is an exchange only line, i.e. when you check your line no cabinet number is given.

While some Exchange Only (EO) areas are getting extra work to deliver FTTC no sign of it on your EO cluster

In terms of exchange area lots of the cabinets are providing a FTTC service.
