Openreach website says Fibre available, but BT & Sky say not

Hi, please help. I,m moving house because my internet is rubbish and I need it for work. My new house postcode says Fibre available on Openreach, but now I want to book move with BT, they say they cant do it, due to Openreach and suggest I contact them. But no details to contact. Has anybody had this problem before and what can I do? Please help!!! my new postcode is CW2 5NS on a Crewe exchange

This is because of your distance from the cabinet you are connected to cabinet 6 which is located at

This is two miles from your postcode and at the distance where VDSL2 will not work, or be slower than ADSL2+ so it is not offered to you.

If you look up CW2 5LH you should find that it is offered.
